- Connect to the UA VPN first -> Using the UA VPN
- Open Remote Desktop Connection app
- Enter your computer name as: <ComputerName>.BLUECAT.ARIZONA.EDU
(The below example shows the computer named ENGR-TEST)
- When prompted for your username and password, please enter your NetID in the form BLUECAT\<NetID> as shown below:
